Shanthala M is an experienced and dedicated academician in the field of Commerce and Management with over a decade (10 years) of teaching experience in reputed institutions in Bengaluru. She possesses a strong academic foundation with M. Com and UGC-NET qualifications and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Bangalore University.

She has rich experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including B. Com, BBA, M. Com, MBA, MFA, BCA, and BA. Her areas of expertise include Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business Research Methodology, International Business, Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, E-Commerce, Investment Analysis, and Quantitative Techniques. She is committed to adopting innovative and learner-centric pedagogical practices to enhance students’ academic and professional competencies.

She has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and has been a recipient of the MHRD Scholarship. She secured the 16th rank in the Ph.D. Entrance Examination of Bangalore University and qualified the Preliminary and Main examinations of the KPSC Audit Controller (Gazetted Officer) Examination. During her postgraduate studies, she secured top ranks in the first and second semesters of M.Com.
