She is a graduate in Commerce with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Mysore. She has qualified the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) in Management in the year 2013. She has also completed M. Com along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM) from Karnataka State Open University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management in the area of “Harnessing artificial intelligence in human resource management to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the health care sector” under Bangalore North University. She has over 14 years of academic experience in higher education and has held key academic and administrative positions including Principal, Head of the Department, Academic Coordinator, and Assistant Professor at reputed institutions. She has also gained corporate exposure by working as an HR Admin at Investing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a UK-based company. Her academic career reflects a strong commitment to teaching, leadership, and institutional development. She has published several research papers in national and international conferences and UGC-recognized journals, and actively contributes to academic and co-curricular activities.
